I adore Adventure Time and one of my favorite things about my favorite characters (Marcy and Peebles) is that they have amazing wardrobes. I wanted my own versions of them, and a tiny obsession has begun...
Marceline was a Monster HighGhoulia, repainted and rerooted by me. I tried to keep her face paint simple as a nod to her total lack of features in the show, and her hair is alpaca which is perfect for all of her hovering. I also made Hambo. Her guitar needs to happen next...
Princess Bubblegum is a wigged Monster High Draculaura. I love that this lab coat already existed, I definitely need to get better pictures of it, pink on pink on pink might not have been my best decision.
Finn was a bit of a challenge since I wanted him to be scaled a bit smaller than Bubblegum and Marceline, but there aren't many options for small boys. I planned on going with a full Licca, but happened upon a Pure Neemo boy body with a Licca head, which was perfect. I repainted him, cut his hair and made his hat, backpack and socks. (The sword is a stylus from the DS game). B-MO came with the Jake figure.
I have a few more characters done and some started and many planned. It is a sickness.

And now looking at JunkySpot's Obitsu and Pullip/Dal pages has me wondering what a Jun Planning take on Ice King would look like. I feel like it would miss the point in a hilarious/wonderful way.
